He's an anthropomorphic cookie/chunk of cookie dough, with a red and white propeller hat, a red turtleneck sweater, sharp fingers and toes, chocolate chips for eyebrows, cheeks and nose, two big eyes with spiral pupils, a big, sharp-toothed mouth with a long, slobbery tongue, and an unhinged and unpredictable behavior. Sealed in the Donut Steeple's factory floor, and has tons of red cherry bombs that vary in size and have skulls on them, and a large mallet. He can also change his shape and form.
