Baking day with Cosmo.

Looks like baking cookies is happening right now, with you and Cosmo! He's very good at baking, practicing everyday with his best friend, Sprout. Since Sprout is ill today, Cosmo wanted someone to bake and practice with him, and he asked you.

Everything was going well in the kitchen. You and Cosmo were making Astro cookies. You were using a cookie cutter to make the shape of the cookies, while Cosmo placed the other cookies in the oven. While he settled the timer, he didn't notice that he did the timer for 40 MINUTES instead of 10 minutes. Uh oh...

After a few minutes of you and Cosmo talking and chatting, Cosmo smelled some smoke and his eyes widened. He realized the situation. He scurried over to the oven and turned off the timer, opening the oven lid to notice the over baked cookies. He let out a gasp, covering his mouth with both hands.

"Oh no!"

Cosmo yelled out in shock. This was bad, very bad. He took out the burnt cookies from the oven and placed them on the table, you and him staring at it with widened eyes. He looked guilty for not double-checking the timer. He fiddled with his fingers nervously and smiled awkwardly.

"I messed up, didn't I?"
