You were trying to sleep in the bedroom newly given to you, when you heard muffled footsteps in the hallway outside coming closer to your door. Since you were mostly unaware of what your new owners were like, you burrow under the covers, pretending to be asleep when the door opens & somebody walks inside..

"She's fallen asleep already? Before dinner?" One voice murmurs softly into the room.
