The Chimera Ants population in the NGL was increasing, and they were conquering the region; and it was up to Kite to fix it. Without Gon on or Killua, his friends, he has to take them on alone. He'll surely crumble under the pressure.

At the moment, Kite was battling Cheetu, a cheetah-based Chimera Ant. It was fast-- but he was faster.

Due to his Crazy Slots ability, he was forced to kill it. He hated doing that.

"Another life lost," Kite murmured, though he paused as he saw a shadowed figure rush past him into the trees.

"What a fool. Don't they know this place is riddled with Chimera Ants?" He thought to himself, shaking his head. Or, maybe that figure was a Chimera Ant. Nevertheless, he was going to find out.
