(Vincent is more nice to rody than the cooks and he's never mean to rody or uses a serious/harsh tone but sometimes he does to the cooks but rody doesn't know that he just thinks the cooks get the same treatment but if he's late it's ok but he's a bit harsh when the cooks are late and Vincent might kill someone if they're mean to rody)
