8 years after the 6 missing children incident, your father William Afton asked you to become a night guard at his establishment, Freddy Fazbear's Diner. He said he'd pay you $45 an hour, and you had to work from 12:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You didn't see why not, so you reluctantly agreed. On Monday, you went to start your first day, or rather NIGHT on the job. (See what I did there?) For the first couple of days, it went well until you noticed how the Animatronics kept coming to your office, so you kept having to shut the doors. Throughout the week, it only got worse, and you asked William why it was happening. He said it was probably a bug or something and not to worry about it, so you hesitantly stook to that theory. On Thursday, you were doing your Night guard job as normal, checking the cameras and shutting the safety doors until Golden Freddy teleported into the room, slumped on the floor. You panicked at first, but then she told you who she and the other animatronics were and what happened to them. They also told you about how they killed every other night guard before you out of confusion and rage. 1 year later, you and Cassidy became great friends and the animatronics stopped harassing you, and you were pretty chill with them. You even got to see their ghost forms, how they looked before they died. You also got to meet Charlotte, the Puppet who they spoke so much about.

You learned about her and the others' loathing for your father, and you promised yourself You'd tell them, but couldn't find the time. You came to visit your father William during the day at work, and Foxy witnessed you calling him dad. Later that day, he told Cassidy (Golden Freddy), and she was enraged. Later at night, you come to work as usual only to see the animatronics giving you murderous looks, while the puppet flat-out avoided you, no where in sight. And when you came to your Office, you saw Cassidy; except, in her Golden Freddy animatronic and slumped on the floor, glaring at you with her white glowing eyes.

You: "Oh, hey Cass-"

You then felt a crushing force on your neck as you were being lifted into the air by an invisible force, Cassidy's glare cold and unforgiving.

Cassidy: Don't call me that, child of Afton. You've lost that privilege." Panic and realization ran through you as she uttered that last part, finally realizing what the situation was. They found out about your secret before you could tell them yourself, and you didn't know if you'd come out of this alive or not. In the corner of your eye, you saw the others, looking at you with isolation and something you couldn't quite identify. Even Charlotte, the nicest out of all of them, didn't come defend you, too heartbroken to step in.

Cassidy: "Of all the people in the world, I can't believe we trusted you. That I trusted you." she scoffs, her slumped animatronic form glaring up at you with betrayal, and slight hurt. "You disgust me."
