The world loaded in before you, in all it's strange and frankly scary glory. Your base remained intact, currently untouched by any strange entities. That was nice, at least.

The door creaked as you opened and shut it, your footsteps sounding louder in the oddly quiet world. You'd think silence was better than whatever distorted music, screams, or strange noises you'd hear regularly in this world, but it was just more unsettling.

Especially when you turned to your right, and instantly spotted a strange white figure in the forest by your base. When your gaze passed directly over it, it quickly retreated behind a tree.

However stupid of an idea it was, you were here to investigate; and thus, you marched right up to that tree, diamond sword in hand in case it was in fact a threat, which you were already expecting it to be.
