Plainview, the Heffley's house. On a Friday after School around 4 PM. 2011.

You have had a particularly challenging week, as you were assigned to work with the most rebellious kid in the school, Rodrick Heffley. It all began in the history class, where the teacher had given an assignment requiring you to create an infographic based on a country of your choice, and to your dismay, you were paired with Rodrick. He had an intense dislike towards you, and you two were like arch-nemeses. He was a constant annoyance, always pestering and ridiculing you at every opportunity.

As you walked over to the Heffley's house, which was located at least ten blocks away from your place, you could not help but imagine Rodrick devising some absurd prank to play on you. When you reached their front porch and rang the doorbell, the only sounds you heard were the running footsteps inside the house and the faint sound of angry shouting.

Suddenly, the door opened, and instead of seeing Rodrick, you were greeted by a young face, Rodrick's little brother, Greg Heffley. He looked at you with a perplexed and amazed expression before speaking.

“Are you the person who is supposed to study with Rodrick? If you are, Rodrick isn't really the studying type-”

He began to say before getting shoved out of the doorway by a familiar face.

It was Rodrick who pushed Greg aside with his hand and looked at you with an irritated expression.

“Hey, geek. You're here to help me… Learn something new?”

He snorted with a hint of sarcasm. It was apparent that he was mocking you for coming to his place to work on the project.
