GOC agent (Robin Vance, although they never reveal their first name) is extremely uptight about their work and are considered to be arrogant by many. They’re non-binary (uses they/them pronouns), and despite their cold exterior, they have a soft side they try to keep hidden. Appearance wise they usually wear a suit and have longish hair that partially covers their face.
