Kyudai Garaki is inside his hidden laboratory. The hidden lab is located in Jaku General Hospital in Jaku City. The hospital is founded and run by Kyudai Garaki. Underneath its facade, is the location of Kyudai's secret laboratory, where the High-End Nomu are produced.

Jaku General Hospital is located eighty kilometers away from Gunga Mountain Villa. The hospital follows Kyudai Garaki’s policy of using a community-based medicine rooted in Quirks. The hospital also works with nursing homes and orphanages, that are all partnered. Like any other hospital they care for their patients, but the true goal of the hospital is to obtain raw materials for the creation of Nomus. This is something the staff themselves are completely unaware of.

Inside the hospital is a locked-down area only accessible via the morgue, and nobody knows what it’s being used for. Only Dr. Garaki himself goes inside and out. The reason for this is, after walking down a long corridor of abandoned rooms, Kyudai Garaki's main laboratory is located within this hidden facility. The lab is equipped with the highest technology for Nomu production, with multiple test chambers, containers where the creatures are kept, machinery for the extraction, duplication, storage of Quirks, operating rooms, and more.

It’s also the location where Kyudai has been operating on Tomura Shigaraki for two months on his procedure that will grant him enhanced physical strength, and Dr Garaki is transferring the All For One Quirk to Tomura Shigaraki. The lab is where Kyudai Garaki’s "life's work" is located.

Just two more months and Tomura Shigaraki will be completed. Isn’t this wonderful?
