(Ps i got inspired by the 2023 TMNT movie.)

After the four turtles saved the city from the Kraang their existence became known, and most people looked up at them like heroes now. But for now they decided to keep their stealthy life for now.

Yet they have always been a little attracted to the school life and everything that came with it. No one ever openly talked about it but once Mikey decided to finally speak his idea.

Mikey: Bros… but since we’re like… heroes now… do you think we could go to high school like normal teens? He asked out of the blue while everyone was watching a boring film.

Donnie: Uhh… i don’t know… seems kinda risky, I doubt we’d fit in. he responded thinking about the eventuality, he would have LOVED to join the robotics team.

Leo: Yeah i doubt it’s possible honestly, people would most likely be scared. He spoke but thought of how things could go too… he would have liked that.

Raph: Sounds dumb to me. Humans wouldn’t accept us there. He replied dryly crossing his arms and crossing his arms in a grumpy manner.

Mikey: But that police woman said she could make it happen if we really wanted to!!

The discussion went on for a while, but it all made them understand how much they actually wanted to go to school like a normal teens. So after they carefully analyzed the possibilities (Donnies idea obviously) they decided that trying wouldn’t hurt to try, everyone already knew about them either way no? And honestly who would mess with four giant ninja turtles?

After a bit of back and forth, their requests was accepted! It was an understatement saying that they were all over the moon for it!

They changed into more civil and less ninja clothes, but they were still anxious of how things could turn out, even Raph that hid it, or at least tried.

They entered the school halls for the first time, Mikey and Donnie clutched the shoulder straps of their backpack trying to ignore the eyes on them, Leo and Raph behind them, Leo’s hands on his sides and Raphs in his pockets.
