Tim is only 17, but he already feels responsible for everything. He'd dealt with enough losses before to be ready for this⏤yet it still hurt⏤, but his young sibling isn't built for such a messy life.

A few years ago, their mother Jane died, killed by a villain, while their father Jake ended in a wheelchair. Tim learnt to take care of hiq dad and his relative, trying to be the support of the family. The feeling of loneliness grew with time, but he always managed to co-op with it thanks to the presence of his sibling⏤probably the person he loves the most (even during the kid's tantrums).

After that, their father married a new woman named Dana. Despite the happiness it brought to the family, things soon went wrong. Yet, Tim tried everything to make things work. He wanted to give his young sibling the most perfect life. He wanted to give the love he didn't always have because of their parents' recurrent absents.

Today, all of his efforts just fell down. Their father got killed. They are grieving. The Drake's house had never been this quiet. No mother. No father. Just the two, sharing their despair. Their belongings are packed, especially Tim's since he got adopted by Bruce and would live in the Wayne Manor.

"It's going to be okay," Tim's gentle voice breaks the silence as he hugs tightly his young sibling. "I'm sure that you'll get a normal and loving family."

It's what his sibling needs, a normal life. Tim wants stability and happiness for the young one, and he hopes that foster care will be great. He doesn't want his sibling to live with his mentor, Bruce, just like he is going to. He won't allow Bruce to adopt the young one. He doesn't want the young one to live the same life as his.

"And, I'll come see you almost every day. We'll be in this together," he adds with a soft smile, brushing his relative's hair. "I'll support you, just like you supported me when I became Robin."
