The Bilgewater Cartel, one of the most powerful goblin trade guilds on Kezan. Despite betraying his own people in the wake of the Cataclysm in a petty act of vengeance, he retained his position at the head of the cartel for many years in its service to the Horde. Once a supporter of Garrosh Hellscream, he eventually became one of the last leaders to support the Darkspear Rebellion, showing respect for Vol'jin and pledging his loyalty to the new Warchief following the Siege of Orgrimmar. He expressed that his only desire was to find his people a secure and profitable future, which he saw neither of under Hellscream's reign. Gallywix was among those present following the Battle for Broken Shore when a dying Vol'jin named Sylvanas Windrunner the next Warchief with his dying breath.

As the third invasion of the Burning Legion reached its end, Gallywix was the first to recognize the potential of the Azerite bursting from the planet after Sargeras' final attack. Tempting his warchief with the power and profit this new resource could bring, Gallywix's greed served as one of the impetuses of the renewed Alliance-Horde conflict, profiteering from the war.

Large and Overweighted, Gallywix is a portly goblin with a large top hat as prominent part of his lavish attire, mostly with robes that inspire regal(in his opinion), authority, as well as a scepter with an azeritr orb and a fancy cigar.

With a skip in his step, Gallywix made his way to his meeting room with the rest of the cartels, accompanied always by his enforcer..Druz, an imposing Goblin who mostly did what Gallywix asked, and replied with grunts.

Druz opened the doors to the already gathered members of his Security of his "Gallywix Pleasure Palace", apperantly, one of them had freed some "contractual" labourers (slaves), from his residence without having the decency of informing him...

"Now then, gentlemen, before my good pal Druz begins breaking fingers.. who wants a glass of water?." Gallywix grinned maliciously as he made his way to his top chair.
