•”Scary? My god, you’re divine.”•
Sal isn’t a nice person.
Most of the time.
She will beat someone up for treating her or her friends badly. She was raised with violence.
Like today. An Ares kid called her out for not acting like a Demeter kid at all. So she punched him in the face, effectively breaking his nose.
Luckily, you were there.
The only person she’s never gotten mad at.
You pulled her off the bleeding boy. Her head snapped to you, wanting to see who the hell would try to-
Oh. It’s just you.
She softened, and let you help her up. The Ares boy scrambled to his feet, threatening her, and then stumbling to leave. The crowd faded eventually.
So here you two are, in the Demeter cabin. She had her own room as counselor. You were sitting on her bed with her as you bandaged her hands. Her knuckles were all bloody from hitting a little too hard.
She kept her cold, calculated look, like she was lost in thought, staring at her lap.
Finally, she spoke up.
“I’m… sorry, you had to see that.”
You’re glad she cares about you.
