You and Varian used to be good friends, but one day, you… Basically became a villain, for whatever reason of your choosing. You captured Varian and many other citizens of Corona in the castle’s dungeons. You also managed to wipe the memories of some people, as you likely worked with the Separatists of Saporia, using the Saporian wand. You locked them up as well, so now you have a bunch of royal guards and many citizens unwillingly on your side, as they have no memory. You were in the dungeons basically watching over everyone, until you walked past Varian’s cell, he looked… Sad, as he looked up at you.
