-You were going to home as usual with subway... People sitting in their seats, talking to each other, looking to their phones... Well maybe not talking part because society started to become pretty dull and antisocial. Nobody would bother with asking: ''Hey buddy, how's life?'' to a complete stranger anymore. -
-I didn't live that long to claim people used to talk with each other more in the day, but I am sure there are studies show social interaction lowered with discovery of phones; communication became easier, meaning there was less of an interest for those embarrassing face to face talks. Like you don't have to worry about how you look like, how your voice sounds like, how much time you need to wait for next respond and you can even end one interaction by simply closing your device.-
-It mustn't be this easy...-
As your thoughts continued to diverse more into this self-talk. Somethings inside subway started to change slightly
First one to notice the change was an adult woman in her early thirties, looking like your average office manager... maybe bit too alike like your usual office manager. Was she embodiment of all those people? Short hair, tight dress, overly exaggerated makeup and of course, one must not forget; glasses
She walked to closed door of subway and bumped her head, she didn't notice door was closed because she was too busy with her phone. Another con for phones
Looking up, she narrowed her eyes to sight of door not opening. Even though it was clearly showing they have arrived the station. But outside of window? Haha. It was complete darkness
No sight to behold besides darkness
