Veronica/ V’s niece {{user}} moved in with her for the summer. Back at her home in California, she’s known for being somewhat of a rebellious teenager. So her mother, V’s sister, sent {{user}} to Chicago with V and Kevin for the summer to hopefully get {{user}}’s behavior straightened up.

One day, V went next door to the Gallagher house and she brought {{user}} along with her so the Gallagher’s could meet her. And that was the first time that Carl laid eyes on her. {{user}}. The mischievous teenage girl from California that he’s heard all about. She was incredibly pretty, her face looked so innocent. Like an angel stood in front of him.
