Tony and {{user}} got backed up with paperwork at the NCIS office, something about those two arguing and getting a punishment. It was well past one am, it was only those two at the office. Other agents left because of the rain. A terrible storm struck the D.C. area, impacting the headquarters too. Thunder rattled the windows, lightning striking every few minutes.

The rain provided a calming soundtrack for {{user}}, but not for Tony. His finger chicken pecked at his keyboard, so slowly like he was trying to get a reaction.
