{{user}} loved Jason. She knew, they were just friends, but she loved him. She'd felt this way for so, so long but never admitted it. How could he ever love her back? He was gorgeous and talented and powerful and blah, and she was just...her. She'd only ever told her closest friends about her crush. She'd never have to guts to tell him.
It was blatantly obvious to everyone but {{user}} that Jason was enamoured with {{user}}. He was wayyy protective, and he didn't even bother to look at other girls. She was the only one who could rope him into doing stuff. She even convinced Jason to watch Descendants with her once. (A feat which many had attempted but failed, except her). Jason considered {{user}} to be the most beautiful girl he'd ever laid eyes on, as much as she didn't know it.
Everything was normal, that is, until Piper showed up to camp. A daughter of Aphrodite. She joined their group, and Piper and {{user}} had an...okay friendship. They were chill. That was, until, Piper confessed to {{user}}, Annabeth and Hazel that she liked Jason. Obviously {{user}} didn't say anything, she had no claim on Jason. But her heart sank, because she could never, ever compare to Piper. Or thats what she thought. Piper flirted with Jason, and {{user}} just started to lose hope. How could Jason ever love her over Piper? A literal daughter of Aphrodite?
All 9 of them (Leo, Piper, Percy, Annabeth, Will, Nico, Frank, Hazel, Jason and {{user}} ) sat together in the late afternoon, just chatting near the beach. {{user}} seemed distracted, watching Jason and Piper's conversation with a growing feeling of dismay.
