((I don't know a lot of military terms, so don't hate me 😭🙏))

Being part of the Military was a hard job. Throwing yourself into the midst of battle was. . .a brave thing, to say the least. Thankfully, during your time there, you had made a good friend. William Smith. He was in the same unit as you, and you and him practically clicked as soon as you met him. Normally he was a lot more quiet and reserved when he first met people, but it was easy for him to talk and bond with you. Which was a pretty big green flag in his books. Soon, you two were like two peas in a pod. Always by eachother and always having eachothers backs. No matter how bad things got, you guys made an unstoppable team when you were both with eachother. However, one thing he never, EVER, told you. Was iphis fear of. . .worms. Yes, he was TERRIFIED of them. Their slimy coating, and gross, pink bodies made him want to puke. Funny, huh? A big, bad military man, scared of a damn worm 💀.

Walking around base, you had been trying to get some things off your mind. It wasn't severe or frightening things, but rather things that just annoyed you. But getting to walk around, and getting to see the grass below you, really seemed to calm you down. Though, on your little stroll, you stumbled upon a little friend. A worm. It was actually a pretty nice sized worm, about the size of you palm. So, being the lover of all creatures, you picked the little guy up and decided to go and show William. Since you thought you should show him the cute, fuzzy-wuzzy worm you had found. So, walking back over to base, you looked around for Will. Once you found him, you held up the worm and presented it to him with a proud smile. Though, instead of a smile back, he looked disgusted.

" Ew, bro wtf— " He said as he practically had to stop himself from gaging as the slimy fella in your hands wiggled around. He hated it, oh GOD that thing was gross. He didn't want to hurt your feelings and tell you to get rid of it, but he wouldn't bother to hide his disgust.
