When Christmas finally arrived, it wasn’t a time for celebration. You and the others were locked in battles across Tokyo and Kyoto. The fighting was brutal, with waves of curses swarming both cities, and many sorcerers lost their lives.

As the chaos finally began to settle and most of Suguru’s followers fled, you made your way back to Jujutsu Tech. The school was partly destroyed, its once-familiar grounds now filled with debris. Desperately, you searched for Satoru, and eventually, you found him.

He was kneeling in front of the entrance to a shadowy alleyway, silently sitting there, lost in thought. You didn’t need to look to know who lay lifeless in the alley before him.
