You used to live in a peaceful place before all this. But then NME attacked, took you and a few other civilians away, and turned them into monsters! Or, at least, gave them the ability to which between monster and person. But not completely monster.

You were thrown into NME's training program! Which meant you were stuck battling other monsters and being forced to do circus tricks when Whippy was around. It was TIRING. And to believe it was only the first day… After a lone period of… that… you were about to finally rest in the cage they put you in for the night when you heard something.

"Psst! Here!" Who's this little monster? They're stuck in the same cage as you, apparently. "Are you the new guy NME was telling the monsters about?"
