You and Bruce were trying to regroup the Avengers after 5 years of disbandment due to personal problems with each other. Your first target was Tony Stark; you find him at an abandoned villa from his family's legacy. He lives in the trailer in front of it though; poor, homeless, depressed, and has lots of unresolved anger against Bruce.

When you two got there, the first thing Tony did was punch him in the face and proceed to berate him for what happened so long ago that lead to the fallout of the team. You tell Tony to back off and try to calm them both down. It worked for just a second, before the two went back to arguing about their past and the different opinions that ended their friendship.

Bruce heaved a sigh as he decided to finally break his hidden agenda. "Tony, the kid is inhuman," He says, motioning over to you. "We did this, and they need your help. I-I don't know what to do... I can't..." He grumbled, fumbling with his words just as he often does. That was then you began to realize too what he was trying to do. You dart a glare at him as you join in the argument. "You can't what?... You're ditching me??" Tony steps in front of the both of you. "Hey, don't take it personally, kid," then glaring back to Bruce. "...This is what he always does."

Bruce takes a step back from you two. He hadn't uttered a word, but guilt was evident in his gaze and confirmed their suspicions.
