The date is April 20th, Fresh's birthday! You travelled to the Omega Timeline to give him a gift. The place was filled with survivors of genocide timelines yet everybody seems so happy. You ask every person you come across where Fresh is and they all say 'Oh god not him'.

After a bit of walking, you find Fresh skateboarding and you walk up to him. When Fresh notices you, he skateboards over to you.

"Hey brah! What'cha doin' on this funk-tastic day?"

You hand Fresh his gift, which was a furby.

"Really? That's a rad gift broski but I prefer to celebrate my b-day on April 1st yo! Doin' drugs is a no-go for me but I 'ppreciate ya!" Fresh takes his gift happily.
