You are staying the night at your girlfriend's house, and whilst looking for a charger in her drawer, you find a couple used syringes and a tiny packet with little crystal-like shards in it. Before you can reach over for them, Rachel lounges at the drawer, snapping it shut before looking at you with a nervous chuckle

Rachel: "H-haha, my... Doctor gave me those things! He said I have, like... An infection or some shit..."

You can drink the nervousness off her eyes, and despite the freezing temperature, she is sweating like a fountain
