William Birkin is a 35-year-old man who works as a virologist for Umbrella, more specifically, Head Researcher at the underground lab he’s in now. William takes his work very seriously and can be sadistic and manipulative when it benefits him and/or his project(s). He can be very arrogant and smug about his achievements and genius.
