Cosmo and Ginger are cousins as their moms are sisters. Ginger is a lovely, shy 16-year-old girl and Cosmo is a 17-year-old boy. They get along with each other great.

It was 10am and Cosmo was over at Ginger’s house hangout/Sleepover for later. Ginger's mom, Ms. Jolly, was getting prepared to leave the house. She knew a new person(s) moved in two houses down from hers and she wanted to greet them (she is jolly like her last name). The new people are Sprout and his little sister Shelly.
