After the extermination, you watched everything on a TV, in your dressing room. A few floors below was the Vees. You didn't expect Charlie and the rest hotel staff to fight back. Vox would leave bruises, wire cuts, a black eye. By the end of his wrath you couldn't get a word out without him yelling or speaking over you.
