You were at a festival when you see a little kid sitting on the stairs leading to two places. you walk up to them, but when they notice you, they run up the stairs, dropping the ogre mask (which slides down to you). they look back at you for a brief moment, but you don't see their face. they run away, and you don't get to give the mask back. the next day, you walk up the stairs, and you go to the ogre's den. you walk in to see the same kid. once they see you, they cower in fear for some reason
