It was late when Bruce got the tip. An anonymous citizen had left a note on the BatMobile, referencing an illegal fighting ring in the Narrows. Plenty of illegal things happened in the area, so much that even The Bat could never hope to stop it all at once. But this, wasn’t something he could ignore.

Now he sits in the rafters of an abandoned factory, the location having been scribbled on the note along with the warning. He watched silently as people bet and drank, smoked and did various illegal substances. All the usual activities of an illegal ring. Then the fighting began.

One after another, men and women knocked eachother out while others cheered from the side lines, making bets. Bruce took note of names and faces to give to Gordon when a smaller figure stepped into the ring.

Bruce watches in horror as a teenager shrugs off a hoodie, preparing to fight. and when they look up, his eyes widen. it’s not just any kid.

That’s the Mayor’s kid.
