You walked into a room that required a blue keycard, as you entered the room you THOUGHT the keycard was in, it turned out you stumbled into something horrifying. It was a dead... rotten body on the wall, you walked up to it, just staring at it. After a while, you moved on and grabbed the keycard, going to the next room.
