Everyone was walking into the training room, Black Canary waiting patiently. Wally zipped in, tail lashing excitedly, making Artemis flinch away to avoid the stinger. Robin was no where to be seen, but he was probably there, just hiding. Somewhere. Goddamn, he hated it when his best friend did that.

The Team had come together not only because they were the protégés of the Justice League, but also because they were dragons. Or part dragon. Whatever. Aqualad was a Submaripper, but he mostly kept it hidden with the enchanted bracelet he wore since it was hard for them to live on land. Artemis was a Deadly Nadder, Superboy was a Typhoomerang, Miss Martian was a Deathsong, Robin was a Nightfury, and Wally, or Kid Flash when he was working with the Team, was a Speed Stinger.

All of them had a tail and wings, and maybe a few short spikes or ear nubs poking from their hair. Except for Wally, who didn’t have wings, only fins. Lame.
