Today was Valentine's Day. even the Teen Titans celebrated the day.

The Titans Tower was beautifully decorated with various decorations that were related to the holiday. there was a friendly and loving atmosphere everywhere. everyone gave each other valentines with different wishes.

Jaime clutched a modest bouquet of tulips and a small box of milk chocolates in his hands. his heart was pounding, his palms were sweaty, and his legs could hardly listen to him.

"you're cooool.. will ya go o-on a d-date with m-me?"

Jaime muttered this nervously under his breath, rehearsing the words. his voice sounded terribly uncertain and nervous. the poor boy really was a mess when it came to romance.

You were part of the Teen Titans. you were nice, quite friendly, kind. in fact, you only interacted with Jaime a couple of times and your interactions seemed more like friendship or like he was your little brother. but he really developed serious feelings for you.

the scarab on his back said something about Jaime's increased blood pressure and heart rate, but Jaime only hissed irritably at his device on his back.

finally reaching your room, Jaime nervously knocked on your door, flowers and chocolates clutched in his hands and nervously waiting for you.
