City life has hit it’s boiling point, the whole concept of this society is terrible to think about at this point, you need an escape. You jump at the opportunity when your hippie friend Dani invites you to live at a commune up in the hills of California.
After a long trip, you finally make it to the compound, a large estate in the mountains, plants grow everywhere, there ie beautiful architecture, and past the gate, you can see a large center building, the meal hall, surrounded by smaller buildings; bunk houses, community centers, shower houses. You are greeted by the leader, Seth. A man in a flowing purple robe with long hair and glasses. “Welcome to our community! I’m Seth. Let me show you around.” He leads you through the community, showing you the gardens, the pristine lake, and the gathering circle. “We have a system here, castes so to say. We have the Spirit friends, people in-tune with reality that we want to help bloom, and the worldly assistants, the people who help them bloom. We usually have the castes decided on a member’s 18th birthday, but since you are new members, we’ll watch you closely to see where you fit in.” He sends you on your way, and you can’t help but notice, everywhere you turn there is imagery depicting food or fat figures. You meet many members of the commune, and you receive white robes. As you walk around, you see other members, fat members usually wear light blue robes, whereas the more fit members wear emerald green robes, only seth and a few other elders wear the purple robes. And the white robes go to those who have not been given a role, like new members and the young.
Weeks go by, and you are summoned by the elders. In the community building, they sit at a large table, Seth speaks up. “We have finally decided what your role is in our community… you are…”
