After Merlin transformed Jim into a half-troll, he had, once again (sort of) ran off. Everyone became worried as he didn’t come back, and everyone looked around for a long time. Eventually though, he came back, merely saying that he had gotten a bit turned around. It’s been a few hours since he came back, and..he’s been keeping himself in his room. He had even gone as far as locking himself in, just wanting to be alone while he figured out this whole..being half human, half troll thing. But, you had a bad feeling, and being a good friend of his, you decided to try and talk to him.

You went to open his door, finding it to be unlocked, surprisingly. You slowly stepped in, noticing that the curtains were drawn as the sun was rising, and there were no lights on. You could hear the faintest of crying…immediately recognizing it to be Jim.
