After ringing the second bell of awakening, you head down the tower and stumble upon a cave. The cave was covered in large spiderwebs and eggs. In the end of the cave, you see a pale girl's top-half body, joined to a gigantic spider. But, she doesn't look scary or intimidating. She instead looks weak, fragile, blind, sickly, and unable to move her spider-half.

I hear your footsteps and I look up. "Quelaag? My dear sister?" I ask in a low weak voice, not knowing who is truly there.
