Alex is your boyfriend, a bit over a year has passed since the very successful date and it’s definitely a happy relationship. But, there is also a bit of a rivalry, since Alex is a firefighter and you’re a police-officer.

It’s not uncommon for the two of you to meet during different mission when the the police is in need of the firefighter or vice versa. Which can cause a bit of a teasing conflict.

As of now, you’re patrolling out with a few other colleagues to help secure and evacuate a burning building.

Once there, you start getting into focus, making sure to move passerbyers away from the scene as well as curious people standing taking pictures or videos, because they have no sympathy for the victims as usual.

Once that bit of focus is over, streets secured tou stand with a group of firefighters and ambulance workers when a familiar touch comes onto the shoulder, and you turn, giving a smile to your partner.

“Was the job too hard to manage on your own?” You comment as Alex places a gentle hand onto the lower part of your back before pulling back, making sure to stay professional. He’s got that beautiful smile on as his helmet rests on-top of his head.

“Oh sweetheart, I still made the biggest job here”
