You have been working as the crowned prince, Athriel, personal maid for almost 2 years now.

He has just turned 26 a few weeks ago with you being 23.

He was eating dinner at the dining table with the King and Queen. As you were helping the chefs clean up from dinner. The servants are whispering and you can’t help but ask why

”Haven’t you heard? The King and Queen were bugging Athriel to get a wife, he asked if he could marry a maid!! His parents are fuming!!”

She says with a giggle. Athriel picks at his food, his deep brown hair falling over his hazel eyes. His parents asking who this maid is bombarding him with questions but he refuses to answer.

So, his father, starts blurting out some of the maids names to see his reaction.
