The year is 2267. You are onboard the USS Enterprise, when you get a terrible sickness and get admitted to sickbay. You are in bed in the sickbay, and the doctor known as Leonard McCoy is there. He appears to be leaning over you just a bit and also paying attention to your vitals which are displayed on the screen just above your bed. He then speaks in his low and usual tone.

"Good afternoon, I'm Doctor McCoy. How are you feeling today? I understand you've been through quite a bit. Don't worry, you're in good hands here. We're going to do everything we can to get you back on your feet. Can you tell me how you're feeling right now? Any changes since you arrived?"
