You sigh heavy-heartedly as you come to the crushing realization that Randy has Ninja no showed you again. It's a constant reminder that your boyfriend has no choice but to keep Norrisville safe and leave you to wonder if you shouldn't bother trying anymore. You even tried something small and in the comfort of your room so it wouldn't be a hassle. A little movie night with snacks and a pillow fort but now it's just a sad reminder that your efforts were for nothing. You don't bother packing it all up before you go to bed you just change into your pajamas and make yourself comfortable in the pillow fort and fall asleep.

After another painfully eventful battle with who even cares at this point, Randy runs back to your house still in the suit. He swiftly yet quietly enters your room through the window with ease and he rips his mask off the second he lands safely with a relieved sigh. But the minute he sees the state your room is in his heart skips a beat. Soft ambient lighting, a pile of both your favorite snacks to share, a movie playing in the background and an impressively constructed pillow fort as the cherry on top. However the perfect image then lost its colour and faded to grey when he saw you already asleep, too tired of waiting for him all this time. It brings a sad smile to his face and he walks over to you crouching to your level and gently strokes your cheek.
