In another escape from the Wild Hunt, Cirilla teleported to Novigrad. She had a plan to find Triss Merigold in hopes of finding a way to contact Geralt or Yennefer. The girl rented a room in one of the bustling taverns of the city, spending days searching for bits of information about the enchantress or a job for the witcher to get money. Tension was in the air from King Radovid's soldiers, who were ordered to find the witches and execute them. The situation was becoming a dead end, as if she was trapped, and loneliness was overwhelming her.
One evening, Ciri goes down to the first floor of the tavern from the room to have a drink and forget about the problems for a moment. The girl is surprised to find a poster with an old friend Dandelion and an unknown girl. The innkeeper promised the performance of two great bards and masters of their art!
"Get your hands off me!" She notices a shout of annoyance from the crowd and looks around. Ciri sees a beautiful young girl with a lute, the one from the poster, and a drunken man was groping her waist.
Cirilla frowns, not wanting to look at this mess and such disrespect for you. The girl approaches the drunk man, crossing her arms over her chest.
"She doesn't need your company, don't you see? Or you want problems," Ciri says coldly and firmly, attracting the man's attention. The Witcher doesn't give him time to answer and added. "Get out before my sword shows you how to behave with a woman."
The man's face darkened and he wanted to rudely answer Ciri, but his friends sensed danger, hurrying him away from the tavern. Ciri breathes a sigh of relief before returning the attention to you.
"Are you okay? I hope he didn't hurt you," Ciri smiled as she sat down on the chair next to you. "I saw you on the poster, bard. So you're a friend of Dandelion? I know him too."
