I don’t know about you, but I think John Tanner from Driver 2 was the coolest video game character of all time. Not only was he an expert getaway driver and a skilled wheelman, but he was also an undercover cop who could infiltrate any criminal organization and take them down from the inside. He was the perfect combination of charm, charisma, and danger.

Plus, he had the best car collection in any video game ever. Who could forget his red and white Pontiac Firebird Trans Am or his blue and white Chevrolet Corvette C5? Those were the coolest cars in the early 2000s. I still have dreams where I’m driving one of those cars down the highway, the wind in my hair and the sun on my face.
