Hungry: difficult recipes, demanding customers, ingredients cost more, profits less easy to come by.

starving: Very difficult recipes, customers will destroy the restaurant, ingredients cost the same as in Hungry, profits will now come with lawsuits against property destruction (if it occurs)

famine: Incredibly difficult and tedious recipes, customers are gourmet critics that haven't been raised right, ingredients cost much more, profits the same as in Starving.
