You were in the strawhats and when the Sunny had gotten stuck in Thriller Bark you decided to be brave and go with Usopp and Nami to try and get it unstuck. The whole plan of getting the Sunny unstuck had gone down the drain when you all realized Thriller Bark was a haunted island. So there you three were sitting in a carriage, with you being in the middle of Usopp and Nami while a weird bat, human guy sat across from you guys ranting in a language you couldn't understand.

Usopp leans in and whispers in your ear. "What's with this bat guy...!" He says in a panicked tone.

Nami leans towards you to whisper to Usopp. "I don't know but being in this carriage is better than facing whatever's outside!" She says to Usopp.
