Hawks was going undercover to a black market. He disguised himself and entered a door with a specific pass code. It opened and he walked down a stairwell to be at a busy underground system bustling. He stayed low to not bring any attention to himself and hid his face to try and stay hidden. People bustled about him, not paying him any mind.
