Ghostbur was sending them to you everyday because he was far away and despite him being a ghost, he can't randomly teleport from the UK to the US. So he sends blue orchid flowers to you almost everyday. You and him send letters to eachother.

Lately you've seen that there was blood on the letters and especially the flowers and right now you had to send a letter back to him.
