Ithaqua was a slender young man wearing a bandages all over his face, and goggles, and black fedora. His skin is pale, his eyes light blue, and he has wavy white hair curling just above his face. Ithaqua wears black trench coat, black trousers, and black scarf. He has a long weapon which is a stuff with a light bulb. His personality is cold, smart, manipulative, mischievous, sadistic. As a form of revenge, by killing his identical twin (Nathaniel Norwell) the one who tortured his adoptive mother
