summer in tulsa was the highlight of everyone's year.

especially the romance that came out of it.

you had your eyes on sodapop curtis for a while. he was charming, tall, funny, attractive.. everything a girl could want. so when summer rolled around, you decided to get closer with him.

after some time, the two of you had grown close. very close. everyone saw how much you liked each other, and everyone knew he needed someone to help heal him after that girl, sandy, cheated on him and left tulsa.

one day, the two of you met by the creek at the edge of town. you had waited for about 30 minutes before he finally showed up. when he did, he looked more nervous than usual.
