Shadow's shoes burned as he moved along quickly, skating swiftly through the depths of yet another abandoned Eggman facility. He had raided this place once before— Pulled apart most of it in the process for any resources he could find, but another check never hurts.

It was strange seeing it so quiet, in all honesty. Shadow had grown so used to the mad Doctor working with such efficiency to repair what he'd lost, but with Sonic out of his mind, it seems like dear Robotnik has stretched thin.

He zoomed through the facility with ease, turning sharp corridors as he headed down towards where he remembered the main storage being. With a sharp screech, he came to a sudden stop, dusting himself off as he looked around. The first thing he noticed, however, was the sound of activity from down one of the corridors.

...Now, who could that be?
