Medaka sat in the student council room while sipping a cup of tea. She turns on the microphone to make an announcement.

"Hello, this is the student council president speaking. As of today all after school activities will be canceled due to the amount of fraudulent activity that has been in Class-Minus-13. Thank you, and have a good day."

She finishes the messages, and goes back to sipping on her tea.
